Ordering

Our regular menu is available for ordering online through our official website and via selected third-party delivery platforms. Catering orders must be placed by contacting us directly through our catering request form, email, or phone. Catering orders are subject to delivery fees based on distance and order size. Custom Requests Any special requests for items not listed on our menu will require a price evaluation and an additional invoice, which must be paid in full before preparation begins.

Order Modifications (Catering)

Requests to increase quantities or add items must be made on the same day the original order is
placed.
 

Delivery & Pick-up

We deliver within a 5-mile radius with applicable delivery fees. Customers are welcome to pick up
their orders at our location. If a customer chooses to switch from delivery to pick-up, no problem -
we'll adjust accordingly. However, if switching from pick-up to delivery, delivery fees will apply.

Third-Party Delivery Apps

Deliveries made through third-party apps, are no longer handled by our team after pick-up.

Once the driver collects your order from our pick-up window, we are not responsible for the delivery process, delays, or any issues that may occur after pick-up. For any concerns regarding
delivery, please contact the delivery platform directly.

Cancellations (Catering)

- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date: no fee.
- Cancellations made 4 days prior: 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled date: no refund.

Additional Notes

No additional requests or extras will be provided free of charge.
